Sampling & Quality Control (ISO 2859-1)
Sampling plans, statistical control, management of non-conformities and traceability.
Method Validation & Metrology (ISO 10012)
Validation/verification of methods, measurement uncertainties, metrological confirmation and calibration.
CSR & Ethics (ISO 26000)
Corporate social responsibility, laboratory ethics, impartiality and confidentiality.
Lean Six Sigma — Operational Excellence
DMAIC methodology, reduction of variability, performance of analytical processes. Green Belt preparation.
