Dr. Ismail Jendabi leads TargetUp Group from Rabat. With a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and Lead Auditor IRCA, he combines academic rigor with practical execution.

He has structured a group with three integrated divisions — Consulting, Training, and Investment — around a single promise: contractualised results, not recommendations. Under his leadership, over 1,220 missions have been delivered across 14 French-speaking African countries.
