An unmonitored title depreciates: monitoring detects identical or similar registrations and unauthorised uses of your trademark. We alert you and organise the response — opposition, formal notice or action — to preserve your exclusivity. A registered trademark remains valid for ten years, renewable indefinitely, provided it is actively defended.
