Sale

1.Payment

Payment deadline: Unless otherwise stated on the invoice or quote, our invoices are payable upon receipt without discount.

Late penalties: In the event of late payment, TARGETUP CONSULTING reserves the right to demand payment of a fixed interest of 10% of the outstanding amount per day of delay. TARGETUP CONSULTING may also suspend any service provision without notice in the event of late payment.

Collection: If a payment remains unpaid more than eight (8) days after the due date, TARGETUP CONSULTING reserves the right to engage a debt collection agency. All legal fees will be borne by the client.

2. Payment Terms

Invoices from TARGETUP CONSULTING can be settled by the following means:

Bank transfer

Bank cheque

Cash

Online payment platforms (PayPal, Stripe, etc.)

3. Non-Refundable Payments

In the event of payment by cheque or credit card returned due to insufficient funds, the client shall reimburse TARGETUP CONSULTING for the total amount of the invoice, plus bank processing fees.

4. Exclusion of Client's General Terms

The client's general terms do not apply to commercial relations with TARGETUP CONSULTING. Only these general terms and conditions of sale are valid.

5. Amendment of General Terms

TARGETUP CONSULTING reserves the right to modify its general terms and conditions of sale at any time. The new general terms and conditions of sale will automatically apply to all orders placed after the date of modification.

6. Governing law

All contractual relationships between TARGETUP CONSULTING and the client will be governed exclusively by Moroccan law.

7. Disclaimer Clause

TARGETUP CONSULTING is committed to making every effort to provide effective services within the agreed deadlines. However, none of its obligations can be considered as an obligation of result. TARGETUP CONSULTING shall not, under any circumstances, be liable to intervene as a third party in any action for damages brought against the client by a final consumer.

8. Claims

To be admissible, any claim regarding the services provided by TARGETUP CONSULTING must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to its registered office within eight (8) days from the delivery of the services.

9. Confidentiality

TARGETUP CONSULTING is committed to respecting the confidentiality of the information communicated by the client.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the services provided by TARGETUP CONSULTING belong to TARGETUP CONSULTING.

11. Force majeure

TARGETUP CONSULTING shall not be liable in case of force majeure.

12. Entire Agreement

These general terms and conditions of sale constitute the entire agreement between TARGETUP CONSULTING and the client.

By accepting these general terms and conditions of sale, the client agrees to fully comply with them.
