ISO 9001 certifies the quality of your organisation in a broad sense, while ISO 21001 is specific to the training and education sector. It begins with a gap analysis in the first week, followed by the development of the educational management system between weeks 2 and 12, and then a mock audit before the certification audit. No, ISO 9001 is not a prerequisite: ISO 21001 is developed independently. If you already have a quality system, we build on that to accelerate the process; otherwise, we start from your existing organisation.
