This professional training gives you a complete method to run a project end to end: scope it, plan it, manage risks and value, lead a team in agile or hybrid mode, then close it. It builds on the PMBOK® and on concrete cases drawn from real projects.
Five Saturdays online, 10:00 to 14:00 GMT (10:00 to 14:00 Rabat time), i.e. 20 live hours: 9, 16, 23 and 30 January and 6 February 2027. Sessions are shared with the « Management de Projet – PMP® » module of the TargetUp University Masters programmes.
Programme in five 4-hour sessions, live online, led by project management practitioners:
1. Fundamentals: the PMBOK®, the project life cycle and roles.
2. Initiation and planning: project charter, stakeholders, WBS, schedule and budget.
3. Agility and Scrum: roles, sprints, Kanban and hybrid approaches.
4. Project control: risks, quality, resources, communication and earned value.
5. Closure and leadership, then PMP® exam preparation: case study and mock exam.
What you receive: a TargetUp University certificate of achievement and preparation for the PMI's PMP® exam. The PMP® exam is not included in the price: it is administered by the PMI.

A certificate of achievement
The training leads to a certificate of achievement from TargetUp University and includes preparation for the PMI's PMP® exam, with a case study and a mock exam. The PMP® exam is not included in the price.
