Outsourced PMO: projects under control, deliverables accepted, deviations spotted in time
A project manager from our team scopes your project, then keeps track of its milestones, deliverables, risks and status report. Your sponsor keeps the decisions and your teams carry out the work: we take charge of project oversight.
A consultant from the TargetUp Systems team will get back to you and tell you where to start.
Projects moving forward without anyone holding the whole picture
A project approved, and no one to scope it
The investment has been decided, the funding granted or the client is waiting for a schedule. The project has to start, but no project manager is available.
- Milestones have neither a date nor an owner.
- Risks that are already known are not written down anywhere.
- Your funder, your client or your board is waiting for reporting that no one produces.
Several projects, no overall view
Each project has its owner. No one oversees the portfolio, and management learns of deviations too late.
- Delays are discovered once the date has passed.
- The same teams are requested by several projects at once.
- Everyone reports in their own way, and the board is waiting for a consolidated status.
Two ways to entrust project oversight to our team
A managed service: a project manager named in the proposal, backed by our team, and the TargetUp Control platform included in the contract. It is never sold on its own.
Launch a project, then follow it through
For a single, major project.
- Scoping with your sponsor: launch note, backward schedule with dated milestones each assigned to an owner, risk register, responsibility matrix, reporting format.
- Remote monitoring throughout the assignment: milestones, deliverables, risks, issues and change requests, with a status report and a progress review every month.
- The project's earned value, if you send us its budget and expenditure.
- A closure review: lessons learned, signed acceptance record, project file handed over.
Steer several projects over time
For a management team running several projects at once.
- An initial inventory: your projects, their owners, their known milestones and a first criticality matrix.
- Every month: each project sheet updated, the progress and criticality matrix, and the list of late or at-risk milestones.
- A portfolio committee prepared by our team: your management decides, and each decision is recorded with its owner.
- A project dashboard delivered to your management, and the earned value of the projects for which you provide the budget and expenditure.
The same project is never covered by both offers. At the end of a PMO Start, PMO Control can take over, under a separate proposal.

What the platform shows you
In a demonstration using fictitious data, our team shows you the tool in which it will manage your projects. Each screen answers a question from your management.
Where the project stands, in value terms
What was planned, what has been done and what has been spent, the resulting schedule and cost indices, and the forecast final cost. The platform suggests a colour; your project manager makes the call and explains why. A frozen snapshot keeps the values as at a given date.
Calculated from the budget and expenditure you provide.
Your projects in one place
The health of each project is calculated every day, alongside the status declared by the project manager.
Milestones, deliverables and risks linked together
Each version of a deliverable is frozen. Your written acceptance is recorded against the version you read.
Deviations spotted in time
A change is approved by a second person before milestones are moved. A risk that materialises becomes a tracked issue.
The report your sponsor reads
Overall, schedule, costs, resources and scope: each dimension colour-coded and commented on, the whole report frozen when it is published.
Projects that need attention stand out
For PMO Control: comparing the declared status with the calculated health identifies the projects to be reviewed in committee.
A dated, printable backward schedule
The assignment sheet shows the milestone timeline and each milestone's deviation from the baseline schedule.
Interface in French. TargetUp Control supports project oversight: it replaces neither your sponsor's decisions nor your teams' work, and it does not attest to any compliance.
The first weeks, step by step
Scoping starts from what you already have in place. Nothing starts without your written agreement.
No-obligation diagnostic
You describe your projects and the deadline you are facing. A consultant tells you what is suitable: PMO Start, PMO Control, another solution, or nothing at all.
Written proposal
The scope, the deliverables and the name of your project manager. Work begins once the agreement is signed.
Kick-off meeting
With your sponsor, based on your contract, your budget, your schedule and the project organisation chart.
PMO Control: the inventory of your projects and their owners.
Scoping
Launch note, milestones and deliverables, risk workshop, responsibility matrix.
PMO Control: the initial project sheets and the criticality matrix.
First status report
The project is opened in TargetUp Control and your sponsor receives the first report.
PMO Control: the first portfolio committee.
Scoping sign-off
Your sponsor approves, the baseline schedule is frozen and the scoping is formalised in a signed acceptance record.
Then, every month
Monitoring of milestones, deliverables and risks, status report, progress review, and earned value if you provide the budget and expenditure. A closure review concludes every PMO Start.
