No-obligation diagnostic: where your requirements stand, and where to start
Find out within a few days where you stand and where to start. A consultant reviews your situation with you and gives you an initial written statement of gaps, with recommendations ranked by priority.
ISO 9001 · 21001 · 37301 · Accredited by CGEM to assess the Label PME Responsable
Requirements apply to you. No one can say where you stand.
A management system standard, a principal customer, a funding body or your advisers set requirements for you. Before deciding anything, you need an initial written benchmark.
‘Which ones are we really meeting?’
The requirements are known. No one can say which ones are met day to day, or with what evidence.
‘The person who kept track of everything has left.’
Procedures, audits, actions and indicators have been scattered since they left.
‘The deadline is approaching.’
An audit, a tender, a funder's review or a question from your board: you need to know where to start.
‘We do not want to proceed blindly.’
You want to measure the gap before recruiting, commissioning an assignment or outsourcing a function.
A review led by a consultant, from the interview to the findings presentation
Scoping interview
A TargetUp Systems consultant contacts you and scopes the need with you: your deadline, the requirements in question and the people involved.
Rapid questionnaire
A short questionnaire that the consultant completes with you during the interview. For each requirement, they place the level reached, from ‘absent’ to ‘optimised’.
Consultant review
They review every answer and set the recommendations themselves. Levels and gaps are determined by a person, not by the platform.
Presentation to your management
An initial written statement of gaps; recommendations ranked by priority; the service that addresses them, or none if nothing is needed.
What the diagnostic can cover
What the diagnostic is not
Neither an audit nor legal advice: a starting point. It is neither a certification nor a statement of conformity, and it commits to no outcome. We do not tell you which laws apply to you: that is the role of your legal adviser.
What you see on screen during the findings presentation
TargetUp Control is the platform included in each of our contracts; it is not sold separately. During the findings presentation, we show you, using fictitious data, what a diagnostic becomes when our team maintains it.
What the platform displays
The level reached for each requirement, with the consultant's comment; a chapter-by-chapter view; gaps ranked by criticality, with the effort to plan for; and the dated actions that follow from them, without duplicates.
The report given to your management carries a fixed statement: internal management document, with no value as a certification or as a statement of conformity.
